HighPoint's RocketRAID 2782 is a 6Gb/s PCI-Express Gen 2x16 SAS/SATA RAID Host Adapter, and is the industry's most cost-effective, high-density RAID storage HBA solution. Customers benefit from the versatile internal and external port configurations: 24 internal Mini-SAS ports for host-side storage, with two external Mini-SAS ports for expansion to a target storage device. The RocketRAID 2782 can directly support up to 32 SAS/SATA 6Gb/s drives, and 96TB of storage, in RAID, JBOD and single-disk configurations. Designed for use with the EJ-series External JBOD controllers, the RocketRAID 2782 can support target-side configurations up to 128 SATA/SAS devices.
